Photo Licensing Agreement *

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire understanding by and between Brianna Niebling T/A “Photos By Bri”, hereinafter referred to as “PHOTOS BY BRI” and the CLIENT, hereinafter referred to as “The CLIENT” regarding the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. COPYRIGHTS: Australian Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with PHOTOS BY BRI. PHOTOS BY BRI is, and remains, the sole and exclusive owner of the image, throughout the world, and grants the CLIENT permission to use the image in the following conditions: - World-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual usage (no set end date). - The CLIENT may use and reproduce the image for product-design, commercial, and marketing purposes, both in print and online. - The CLIENT may add text, and logos, and crop the image, as required, however any additional colour adjustments or artistic editing that removes from the original appearance and essence of the image must be done in communication, and agreed upon, with PHOTOS BY BRI before going to production or being shared. PHOTOGRAPHER CREDIT: The CLIENT agrees to credit and tag PHOTOS BY BRI in all online posts and media, where possible. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The licensing fee (see invoice) is due upon receiving the invoice and signing the licensing agreement. In the event the CLIENT fails to remit payment as specified, PHOTOS BY BRI shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligation.
